Jwne 8. In the Legislative Council to-day the Ueform Bill as amended in the Assembly came up for consideration, but the discission was postponed until to-morrow. The eccrctaryehip of the Victoria Racing eiub, vacant by the death of the late Mr Bagot, has been offered to Mr Byron Moore. lessee of the Melbourne Exchange. It is thought that he wil> accept the post.
