Borough Notices. BOROUGH OF. NAPIER. SALE OF VALUABLE SECTIONS ON THE RECLAIMED LAND. TENDERS will be receivable atlhe Town Clerk's Office, Napier, up to Noon of MONDAY, the 13th June, 1881, for the purchase of one or more Subdivisions of Town Sections Nos. 375, 378. 379. 380, 381. 382, 383, 355, situated on the Reclaimed Land. The Subdi/islons are all pegged out, and numbered from Ito 54 consecutively. Subdivision 23 is reserved from salo. Tenders may be sent in subject to either of the two following conditions, viz : 1. Cash on acceptance of Tender 25 per cent of Total amount; balance in 1, 2, and 3 years at 7 per cent. Or, 2. Cash on acceptance of Tender 10 per cent, of total amount; balance in 1,2, 3, and 4 years at 8 percent. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Entries for Champion Cups to be on same terms md conditions as the other Champion Cups given Dy the Society. All cereals must be of this season's growth. Not less than four bushels of any cereal or grass seed to be shown, and to be a fair average sample of aot less than 100 bushels. Not less than one bag ate potatoes to be afair sample of five tons; not less ;han one bag early potatoes to be a fair sample of ialf a ton; not less than 1 cwt mangold to be a fair sample of five tona ; not less taanl cwt carrots to be i tair sample of one ton. Mangolds and carrots to se shown untrimmed All exhibits must have been grown bona fide by ;he exhibitor, and all winners wiil be required to sign a declaration that they have fulfilled the stipulitions.
