TENDERS will be receivable at the Town Clerk's Office, Napier, up to Noon of MONDAY, the 18th June, 1881, for the purchase of one more Subdivisions of Town Sections Nos. 375, 378. 379, 380, 381, 382, 883, 335, situated on the Reclaimed Land. The Subdi/islons are all pegged out, and numbered from Ito 54 consecutively. Subdivision 23 is reserved from sale. Tenders may be sent in subject to either, of tho two following conditions, viz : " 1. Cash on acceptance of Tender 25 per cent, of Total amount; balance in 1, 2, and 3 years at 7 per cent. Or, 2. Cash on acceptance of Tender 10 per cent, of total amount; balance in 1,2, 3, and 4 years at 8 percent. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
