The Ambassadors of the Powers have had under consideration the conditions now placed by tbe Porte upon tbe proposed transfer of territory in Thes9aly and Epirus to Greece. After deliberation the Ambassadors unanimously decided to reject the stipulations of the Porte, and the latter has been urged to withdraw them.
