Cash on acceptance of Tender 25 per cent, ot total amount; balance in 1, 2, and 3 years at 7 per cent. Or, 2. Cash on acceptance of Tender 10 per cent, of total amount; balance in 1, 2, 3, and 4 years at 8 per cent. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
