The armlet which is worn over the sleeve just above the elbow is rapidly increasing in vogue. It is made of plush or velvet, with a jewel in the centre and a Handful of flowers passed through ifc for home wear or parties or theatres. Gold bands are also worn as armlets. Pearls are more in favour than any other gem ; pink pearls especially are much saughfc for by millionaire elegantes ; pink.pearls are more rare than any other kind of pearls, .CO-
