The investigations of the city building surveyor into tbe construction of the Sydney Town Hall have resulted in fresh disclosures. He has now discovered that the plastering is of a very inferior quality, and not in accordance with the specifications, Tbe City
Council have the matter under consideration, and contemplate instituting legal proceedings against the contractors.
