The homeward Australian and New Zealand mails via San Francisco, which left Auckland on the Ist March, were delivered here to-day. The Bey of Tunis has addressed a communication to the Powers in which he disclaims all responsibility for any outbreak of fanaticism which may take place in the Principality in the present excited state of the people over the action of the French in Algiers.
