AUCKLAND.
April 21. The Bank of New Zealand's halfyearly meeting was held to-day. The report shows the next profit to be £76,464, and the balance from last halfyear £23,337, leaving a total for division of £99,801, out of which a dividend and bonus of fifteen per cent, is to be declared, making £76,000, leaving a balance to profit and loss of £24,801. The report was adopted.
