The Rangipo case came on for hearing yesterday morning. By consent of all parties no solicitors or agents appeared. The Court declared that Topia was entitled to open the case for Ngatitama, and he accordingly proved aprimd/acie case. Te Heaheu then conducted the case for Ngatiwaewae, but made such slow progress that tbe Court adjourned till to-morrow to allow them to place their case in better hands. Kemp, for his party, intimated that he might have to call a hundred witnesses.
