Ellis, M'Fnight, RasUiaa Kasmussen, Jens Jensen, Holland, Ferris, Russell, Moroney, Upton, ffarney, Hitchcock, Oxford, NeWbury and Luxford ; about 30 saloon and 70 steerage original. 16—Maoi-i, s.s., for Wairoa. Passengers— Kiss Maney, Messrs E. Patten, T. Gilpin, Maney, and several others. 16— Go-Ahead, s.s., for Wellington. 17—Albion, 5.8., for Southern ports. Passengers—Mrs Griffen, Miss Hertslet, Messrs T. Mills, Guminansen, Christofferson, Green, and Waterhouso ; and about 50 original.
The s.s. Maori, Captain H. Anderson, ateamed for Wairoa on Saturday eveaing at 10 o'clock, taking a number of passengers and a full cargo, consisting principally of timber shipped by Mr 11. R. Gunn. The Union Steamship Company's s.s. Albion, Captain W. C, Sinclair, arrived here from Northern ports yesterday morning at daybreak, The purser, Mr D. Dalgleish, has favored us with the following report of passage : —Left Auckland on the 14th inst. at 10 p.m., and arrived at Poverty Bay on the 16th at 7 a.m.; left again at 6 p.m., and arrived here as above, having experienced fine weather throughout. The steam launch lioojura tendered for mails and pr-sengers, and the steamer ir Dontild lightered thu cargo ashore. The Albion steamed for Southern ports at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. (BY CABLE.) Adelaide, April 16. Arrived, Orient Company's steamship Ziguria from Plymouth. London, April 14. The Merchant Shipping and Underwriter's Association report the arrival of the ship Taranaki from Port < halmers (sailed Januwy 20th). (BT T-I.t.GRAP'O Bittfp, April 18. The Union Company's *..s. Te Anau arrived at the Bluff at 7.3:' a.m. to-day. She left Melbourne on the 12tb at 3 p.m., and cleared the heads at 5.30 p.m., passed Swan Island on the 12th at 11 p m., Cape Pillar on the 14th at 3.30 a.m., and arrived at Bobarfc the game day at 6.30 a.m., and cleared the land at 3 p.m. Experienced strong S.W. winds throughout. Passengers for Napiei —Mrs and His 3 Greenwood, Messrs Voting and Nairn.
