Mr M. R. Miller reports the sale of Messrs Peter and Palmer's WhakaM property (County Wairoa). containing about 17,000 acres part freehold part leasehold, with 10,000 sheep, few cattle and horses, &c, to John Hunter Brown, Esq., for £14,000 sterling.
