WANGANUI STEEPLECHASE MEETING.
[by telegraph]. Wanganui, April 11. The Wanganui steeplechase meeting has been fixed for May 24th. The programme consists of a Handicap Steeplechase of 225 soys, 3 miles, the second horse to receive 25 soys out of the stakes, a Maiden Steeplechase of 100 soys ; a Grand Stand Steeplechase of 75 soys; and a Consolation of 40 soys. Nominations for the big Handicap close on May 2nd.
