Honi Koti, charged with this offence, was fined 5s and costs, or 48 hours imprisonment with hard labor.

William Thompson was locked up on Saturday night for this offence, and, being bailed out, was again locked up on Sunday night for a repetition of the offence. Fined 5s and costs for each offence, or 48 hours imprisonment with bard labor. William Gainey, charged with same offence, was fined 5s and costs, or 48 hours imprisonment with hard labor. CIVIL CASE?. Robertson v. Chase.—Claim £3 5s for labor done. Judgment for plaintiff with costs. Eddie v. Hawker.—His Worship gave judgment in this case for defendant, each party to pay his own costs. Hawker v. Eddie.—Mr Lee for plaintiff, and Mr Lascelles for defendant. Mr Lascelles said if the case was gone into it would occupy the Court tbe whole day ; he would admit the items for board and lodging, but he disputed the charges for grazing. Mr Lee was prepared to accept the reduction proposed on the charges for grazing, and judgment was given for plaintiff for £19 7s 6d, with costs and counsel's fee of £1 Is. Oakley v. Manaibe.—Judgment for defendant with costs and counsel's fee. Eddie v. Hawker.—Claim £19 14s. Judgment for plaintiff for £18 49, with costs and counsl's fee.

Clayton v. Lewia.—Claim £2 3s. Judgment for plaintiff for £1 14s, with costs. The Court then adjourned.
