The editor of the German Socialist organ, Die Fricheit which is to be prosecuted for enlarging the murder of Czar, has been arrested on a warrant issued under the pro3ecutioD. A bdllitin issued this evening, regarding the health of the Earl of Beaconsfield reports that he has suffered a relapse, and is now in a critical state. Much anxiety is felt throughout the country with regard to His Lordship's illoes9. March 31.

It is generally expected in European politicarcircles that Greece will acquiesce in the proposal made by Turkey, and approved of by the Powers, for the settlement of the frontier question.
