THE LIBERAL ASSOCIATION.
[To the Editor of the Daily Telegraph.] Sir, —Can you tell me anything concerning the Hawke's Bay Liberal Reform Association ? Is that institution which was to do so much for the cause of progressive liberty and civilisation, dead, dying, or sick ? Or is it like the owlcomes out at night, and is not seen by day?—lam, &c, An Anxious Ekquirbb, March 15, 1881.
