The cricket mutch between the Australians and an eleven of New South Wales and Victoria was resumed to-day. The combined team continned their second innings, and were all disposed of for 280 runs. The Australians then requiring 332 to win the match went in for their second innings, and when play closed for the day had put together 10 runs for the loss of 3 wickets.
Mauritius advices to February 22 state that the engagements of sugar comprise at date 1400 tons for Australia, 685 for Tasmania, and none for New Zealand. The market is dull. March 8. The cricket match between the Australians and the combiued team will be concluded to-day.
