March 5. The cricket snatch between the Australian team and the combined eleven of New South Wales and Victoria was resumed to-day. The Australians, in their first innings, were all desposed of for 155, being 42 runs less than the total of their opponents first innings. Murdoch with 65, and Blackham with 36, both bowled, were the highest scorers for the Australians. The combined team went to the wickets for their second innings, but play was stopped by the inclemency of tbe weather when they had put together 74 runs for two wickets Massie was bowled for 50.
