WHEREAS it is proved that no Valuation List for the TAMUMU HIGHWAY District has been prepared, as required by " The Rating Act, 1876, " NOTICE is hereby given that I, the undersigned, HARRY EYRE KENNY, Judge of the i Assessment Court for the said Highway District, i have appointed ALEXANDER MoIIARDY, Esquire, to be the Valuer to make such valuation list, and I do further appoint THURSDAY, the 31st day of March, 1881, for the completion thereof; and I direct that tho said List shall be open for public inspection at the School House at Tamumu, from the Ist day of April, 1881, to the 30th day of April, 1881, and that all objections thereto shall be delivered at the Court House, Waipawa, on or before the 31st day of May, 1881, addressed to the Assessment Court; and I do further appoint a sitting of the said Assessment Court for the hearing of the said objections to he held at the Court House, Waipawa, on FRIDAY, the 3rd day of June, 1881, at 10.30 o'clock a:m.
