VOLUNTEERS FOR THE CAPE
(To the Editor of the Daily Telegraph.] Sir, —Observing that a volunteer force for service at the Cape is being organised in Wellington, and as I think a goodly number of able-bodied recruits might be obtained in Napier, -would you kindly through your columns give such information as to how I am to proceed in the matter, and oblige W. Twiddie. Napier, March 4, 1881. [We can give no further information on the subject than tbat we republished from the Wellington Post. Our correspondent had better write to the secretary of the Wellington Naval Brigade.—Ed. B —- ?
