LONDON.
February 21. A great sensation has been caused by the discovery of trains of powder leading to Windsor Castle soon after tbe Queen's return. Additional precautions were taken. Mr Parnell has made a triumphial tour through Ireland, and everywhere he was met with an enthusiastic reception, together with triumphal arches, flags, and demonstrations of welcome.
