[To the Editor of the Daily Texeqsaph.] Sir,—Mr R. T. Warren denies the statements contained in a portion of Mr Harry Smith's letter to Mr Donnelly published by you yesterday. Mr Warren says that he was absent from Tiki Tiki " when the actual disturbance took place." Now, the actual disturbance occurred on Saturday last, and if Mr Warren was absent at Napier, in what sort of position is he, I should like to know, to be able to contradict Mr Smith's statements, — I am, &c, Enquires.
