February~l7r Telegraphic communication between Durban and Newcastle has been restored, and news has now been received that the rpinforcements for General Colley are rapidly advancing to the front. A corps under Sir Evelyn Wood has already crossed the Ingogo river, and is expected shortly to reach General Colley's camp. Februare 18. News has been received from Natal that the corps under Sir Evelyn Wood has reached Sir George Colley's camp at Ingogo, the rest of the reinforcements from Durham has arrived at Newcastle. A junction of a!! the troops is expected to be effected at once. Generals Wood and Colley have held a conference to decide upon there course of action.
