MELBOURNE.
February 17. The ship Hereford, which was wrecked on January 10th last on Cape Patton, has been successfully floated. It is rumored here that the Government intend to propose a conference of both Houses of Parliament shortly for the special consideration of the Reform Bill, and in order to give an opportunity of effecting a compromise in dealing with that measure.
