The jury has found that the fire at Becht'o premises iv Barrack-street last month was cauaed by some person or persons unknown. The estimates were laid on the table ia the Assembly last night. The total expenditure is set down at £4,280.000, being an increase of £165,000. The increase ia almost entirely in the expenditure for education.
