AUCKLAND.
February 4. The Grammar School Board of Governors have decided to hold in committee an enquiry into the charges of want of organisation in the College made by Dr. Purchas. A letter from the head
master requesting an investigation into the management and organisation during his connection with the institution was deferred for further consideration.
