fßstTTßa'B Special to Teleqbaph.J LONDON, January 25. Consols have advanced to 99£. _ Adelaide wheat, ex-warehouse, is now quoted at 505., being a decline of 6d on yesterday's price. New Zealand five per cent have suffered a decline of one half to one per cent, and are quoted as follows :—lO-40 loan, 102 ; 1889 loan, 107£. The trial of the Land Leagues was concluded to-day. After the Judge's charge to the jury the latter retired, but after eight hoars deliberation they were unable to agree, and were then discharged. Mr Parnell subsequently delivered a an oration to a large assemblage of people in Dublin. January 26. In the House of Commons last evening Mr Gladstone moved that the consideration of the Irish Coercion Bill should take precedence of all other business. The Home Rule members thereupon proceeded to obstruct the passage of the motion, and stiring scenes occurred. Mr Bigger, who proved one of the most violent obstructionists, was repeatedly called to order by the Speaker, and as he continued his disorderly conduct, he was " suspended " for the remainder of the sitting. The debate has now lasted many hours, but the Government are determined to pass the motion, and will make the sitting a continuous one, declining to adjourn until they have gained their point. Renewed rioting has occurred in Lancashire owing to the strike, and several serious collisions have taken place between the locked out miners and the police.
