Mr iSaucders estimated ithat a wharf extending to 14 feet Jjeptht iof water would coat £1070, and; onetlf ;16 feet of water £1100.—-It,was decide! to postpone the consideration of the jmatter. : From the same, stating that .since; ithe ilast meeting the planking at the cattle; iwharf had been repaired and a few'necessary repairs made to Watt's wharf. WHA.RE-0-MARANUI BJ-OCK. Two tenders were received for leasing Ithe above block, one from Mrs Goddard, goffering to pay £10 per aDnum for the 'first seven years, £15 per annum for the-} inext seven years, and £20 per annum for :toe remaining seren years. The other tender was from Mr Bogle, offering, on :behalf of the Napier Rowing Club, to pay 10s per annum. It was decided'to postpone the consideration. j '■ SUPPI/r OP STORKS.
