Two new Clauses to be added, numbered respec--3 tively 45 and 46, viz. : — 9. Clause I.—it shall not be lawful for any persona to bathe within, or within one mile of, the boundaries of the Borough of Napier, except at the following times and places, viz. :— 3 («).
