WELLINGTON.
January 7. The body of the seaman Walter Ricketts, who has been missing from the schooner Fleetwing since the 31st mat., was found floating in the harbor to-day. The scanty clothing on the body leaves no doubt that the deceased attempted to swim off to his vessel, and waa drowned. At the inquest on the infant found dead in bed yesterday, a verdict of " accidental suffocation " was recorded.
