T> ARTIES wishing to contract for the •*■ removal of about 800 Cubic Yards of Earth a distance of about 400 feet, will give written Tenders for the same on or before the 31st of the present month — the tender to contain the price per Cubic Yard, and the Avork to be performed within 30 dry workingdays from the commencement, Sundays not included. — Payment will be made by onefourth when the work is half done, one-fourth when three-fourths done, and the remainder when finished.
