O E VER AL Valuable Allotments in Official Bay, well adapted either for private Residences, or for places of Business. It is unnecessary to speak of the value of Land ;in this Bay ; the fact that it has been nearlyall bought by the Government Officers, is i more than enough to shew its superiority over any other Land in Town, and as many of the Officers of Government are likely on the arrival of the new Governor, to be selling off, every facility will thus be offered for making Official Bay the great commercial thoroughfare of Auckland. Land is sure to rise in this neighbourhood. Parties should therefore, early purchase. Application to be made at the Office of the Southern Cross, Auckland, Oct. 13, 1843.
