Changeover In Industry (Received August 22, 7 p.m.) LONDON, August 21. The Lancashire (gnd Cheshire Coal Association, which represents the coalowners, adopted the following resolution: "The Government having decided that the coalmines shall be nationalized, this association places itself fully tit the disposal of th'- Government both in connexion with the working out of the necessary organization and in connexion with the arrangements necessary to ensure that, the transfer from private ownership to the new organization is accomplished in a smooth and efficient manner.
