LONDON, August 21. Mr. Churchill's first literary task will be his war diary, says the “Daily Telegraph." It is unlikely that he will allow any outside engagements to interfere with this undertaking till it is well under way. He has received dozens of offers from America to contribute articles, write a daily column, serialize his memoirs, and conduct lecture tours, but his secretary stated that he bad made no plans for the Arne being.
