With the constitution of a second War Pensions Appeal Board, it is hoped to overtake within a few months the accumulation of business which imide this necessary. Mr. F. S. Heid. S.M., Christchurch, chairimin of f.he new board, will arrive in Wellington next week'. _ Subsequently sittings of tho board will be held in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch,
