Linkomies declared that Finland, because of Hie generous Gorman aid, would lay down her arms only in full agreement with Germany. Liitkomios added: “Russia demands our capitulation, after whicli a peace will he dictated which would not guard even our elementary rights. The Filins, ns free people, have to light as long as tliey are strong enough,”
