The Washington correstmndent. of die “New York Times” reports that at the request of rhe United States Government, the Du Pont, de Nemours Corporation has granted Russia tlie right to use Dp Pout's synthetic rubber patents and processes free for (lie duration of the war. Compensation will be demanded for post-war production.
