RUMANIAN SHADOW GOVERNMENT

LONDON, June 30. A Free Rumania shadow Government, working in full civil, and political collaboration with Russia, has been established in Ccrnauti under the Premiership of M. Peter Groza, aged GO, who esenped from an Iron Guard concentration camp in 1941. says the Istanbul correspondent of the “Daily Express.’ M. Groza was a member of the Rumanian Cabinet nearly 20 years ago. He was excluded from politics after King Carol's return 1030.
