Rapid Advance In West Italy ALLIED ATTACK
(By Telegraph.—Press Assn.-Copyright.) LONDON, June 30. . Troops of tire Fifth and Eighth armies have made a general advance along the 75-hiile front from Lake Trasimeno to the west coast. Today’s Allied communique says the Fifth Army is moving rapidly forward along its whole front, and is now ap-
proaching the town of Cecina, about 20 miles from Leghorn, and is only six miles south of Siena, The Eighth Army men, fighting through difficult country’, have made substantial gains and have taken a town half-way up the western shore of Lake Trasimeno.
