As part of a plan to train young men in public speaking, a class is being conducted in Auckland by Mr. R. M. Algie. M.P. for Remuera. Mr. Algie explained that" young men would speak at a series of meetings arranged during this and next week. He, emphasized that they were not members of any particular political party.
