FISCAL AGREEMENT
(Received June 28, 7 p.m.) LONDON, June 27. The British United Press correspondent at Algiers says the French Provisional Government will be the authority for issuing money in France, according to an agreement which General De Gaulle is reported to have reached with Britain.
