U.S. Tribute to Kussiaii Cities, President Roosevelt, has sent to Premier Stalin two scrolls dedicated to the cities of Stalingrad and Leningrad commemorating their heroic defences, ‘‘which have not, only been an inspiration to the people of tile United States, but served to bind even more closely the friendship of our two nations.'’ Premier Stalin has sent a cordial reply, a New York message state#.
