BRITISH CASUALTIES IN ITALY

I Received June 28. 1.15 a.m.l LONDON. June 27. The total casualties in the British Army in Italy, including the Dominions, from the landing to the fall of Rome were 14.331 killed. 47,966 wounded and 10,825 missing, said Mr. Churchill in the House of Commons. These included the following casualties between February 12 and the entry info Rome on June 4: 6696 killed. 24,683 wounded, and 5117 missing. The figures did not include the naval and air force losses.
