NEW FRONT OUTLINED

(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, June 25. The Russian newspapers have published a map of the front revealing changes since last winter which have not been announced in the Soviet communiques. The Russians are shown to be only 15 miles from Polotsk between, which junction and Vitebsk they have, launched their right wing in their present, offensive. The southern part of the front apparently crosses the Pripet less than 20 miles to the west of Mosir and then -runs westward to 16 miles from Pinsk. From there it runs to the vicinity of Kovel. Kovel itself is held in a Russian grip not unlike Vitebsk, since the railways to Brest Litovsk and Lvov are cut aqd only that to Warsaw remains to the Germans. The line then turns to the south, passing via Brody, west of Taraopol, east of Buczacz and Staaislavov, and west of Kolomea and Cernauti. There has been a Russian withdrawal from the Carpathian crests along the Czechoslovak frontier, which now lie some 30 miles west of the front. The German strongpoint of Jassy lies in the salient. __________
