NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention or the Council of the above City, at a meeting to betjield ou MONDAY, July 10, 1944, to make and levy the follow, iqg'rates, on the rateable property appearing ip the Valuation Roll of the City of Lower Hiitt for the year commencing ou the Ist day of April, 1944, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1045, viz.:—

It Is hereby further publicly notified that a discount of 3} per cent, will be allowed ou any portion of the above rates if paid within thirty days of the due date thereof, and that the Valuation Roll and Rate Book may be inspected without fee by all ratepayers during the hours which the City Office is open tor business.
