(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, June 21. The King received Field-Marshal Smuts at Buckingham Palace today. He also received in audience Sir Henry Wood, whom he invested with the insignia of Companion of Honour. Mr. Henry Dale, president of the Royal Society, whom he invested with the Order of Merit, and Sir Malcolm Barclay-Har-vey on his retirement from the post of Governor of South Australia.
