LONDON, .blue 18. The Germans’ seventh offensive in west Bosnia has completely failed, says the Yugoslav communique from Marshal Tito’s headquarters. The Army of Liberation from May 25 to June 10 killed 8000 German soldiers. Ustaehi and Chetniks, captured much equipment, and destroyed three planes and 21 tanks. The Allied air forces successfully assisted the o”"rations and inflicted heavy casualties on the Germans. Representatives of the Yugoslav Government and of Marshal Tito reached agreement on many points after discussions in liberated Yugoslav territory, says Algiers radio. The spirit which prompted the negotiations was a mutual desire for the continuation of the struggle against the Germans on the broadest and most unified basis.
