LUXURY AIRLINER FOR PRES. ROOSEVELT
(Deceived June 10, 11.30 p.m.) NHIV YOBK, June 19. The Douglas Aircraft Corporation has just finished a luxurious new airliner for President Hoosevelt. described as the “most elaborate thing ever to fly.” The New York "Daily Miller's” columnist, Drew Pearson, says that: the plane has an elevator, an apartment and a bath. Its cost is put at about £334,000.
