OBITUARY

Mrs. Jane Poulton

The death occurred in Wellington on Thursday of Mrs. Jane Poulton. Mrs. Poulton was born at Makara 83 years ago and lived in that county and Wellington city all her life. She was the fourth daughter of the family of seven daughters and live sons of Ihe late Mr. George Shutter, who arrived at Wellington from England in 18-11 in the ship Gertrude. The late Mrs. Poulton. whose husband predeceased her 18 years ago, is survived by her son, Mr. E. N. <l. I‘otllton. of Wellington, nine grandchildren, and seven srcat-grandiihildrcix.
