Dividends Declared The National Reliance Investment Trust, Medbourne, has declared a dividend of 4 per cent., subject to audit, payable on June 26. Transfer books close June 1726 inclusive. Transfer books of the Kaitangata Coal Co., Ltd., close May 26-Juiie 1 in connexion with the dividend of 1/6 a share already announced. McKenzie’s Profit The annual report of McKenzies Department Stores, Ltd., for tile year ended May 5 shows a net profit of £51,449, compared with £51,167 last year and £46,792 in 1942. Dividend of 10 per cent., already announced absorbs £50,000. Taxation absorbs £129,393 and- there is a balance of £98,681 to be carried forward against £97,232 brought In. The retiring director, Mr. Harold Edwards, offers himself for re-election.
